You are able to manually add a new or existing member to any of your membership packages. Please note new members can also join your venue by following your unique joining link.
First head to the membership package which you would like to add a member to and click on the:
If you are adding a junior contact then you will firstly need to complete the Parent/Guardian details.
If the member is an existing contact then when you start typing the contacts name the name will appear for you to select, all of the details will automatically complete from the information held on the contact record.
For any new contacts, you will need to complete the information before saving their details.
Once saved your will then be taken back to the list of members within your package. You can now send your member a payment request.
Please note when adding members individually, you will have to change their status to 'Active' manually.
