Entering the match scores will automatically update the total, if you wish to override this you will choose manual scoring. Before entering scores you need to create or use the provided scorecard template. If you need further assistance with which template to use, please reach out to your Section staff who will be able to help.
This article will cover how to:
Input Players

- Click Select Players to begin inputting players for a match

- Tick two players from the list for each team and click Confirm

- After your lineups are completed, they will auto-populate for every subsequent match.
To Enter a Score
- Click the Draw tab, select the match and click on Enter Score.
The players need to be entered before entering a score.
- Enter scores as you would in an individual event, lowest score first. Save and Close. Here is a guide to assist Enter Match Scores On Draws
To Cancel a Match
In case a team doesn’t have enough players on the roster to be added to the lineup, Tournament Directors, coaches and captains will be able to cancel the match.
- To do this: click on the 3 action dots and select Cancel Match
Automatic Team Scoring:
As you enter match scores, the team scores will calculate automatically
NOTE: If matches in the score card are NOT played, you will need to declare the winner by following the instructions in manual scoring. This will populate the games won, lost and played. If you do not do this, the games won, lost and played will show 0.
Manual Scoring
You can set a manual team results/team winners, as well as enter team scores manually

- Click on Manual Scoring below of the two teams names

- Select an option to set a Manual Result
- Team 1 Win
- Team 2 Win
- Abandon Match- no team will progress
- Double Walkover- will enter WO
- Select an option to set a Manual Result

- You can optionally also enter Manual Team scores
- Once you exit Scorecard, team scores will display on the draw and if the draws are published, the match scores will be visible for the players immediately.
- To switch back to Automatic Scoring and clear manual scores, click Switch to Automatic Scoring at the bottom.
Clear Line Up
As the scorecard is automatically populated, it may be that you want to remove all the players in the line up, you can do this individually by selecting each player and - select the little arrow next to the players name and then choose one of the below:
Swap Player - will pull up the list of available players
Substitute Player - will do the same as above, but will mark them as a substitute
Remove Player - will empty the scorecard for that position
Alternatively - you can clear ALL names by clicking on Clear Line up found on the bottom left of the screen. This will clear ALL names.
