Once you have created the team scorecard following this guide: Creating a Custom Scorecard for Team Tournaments you will then be able to download the scorecard to a PDF.
This will give you the: (click on the link for steps to complete)
- Ability to download a populated version, based on the draw scorecard. The pdf scorecards will include events, round, collection , name, team name and scores.
- Ability to print a blank scorecard on the public tournament web page for players and parents
Steps To Download the Scorecard from Tournament Desk
In Tournament Desk - Events tab - after you have created the draws and scorecards you can click on enter score, which will open the score card.
Then at the base of the scorecard you will see the following options:
Name | Function | Notes |
Clear Scorecard | This will remove ALL entered scores that have been inputted. | It will not give you a warning. It will not remove the placement of the players. |
Edit Scorecard | This will take you to the position of editing the score card, you can add a new match collection, change score format and points awarding type. | You can clear edit and not make any changes, just press cancel. If you do make changes remember to click save scorecard. |
Download empty scorecard | This will produce a blank PDF of the scorecard for you to print. See image below. | It will not include any persons or scores. It is purely for you to enter manually. |
Download populated scorecard | This will produce a completed PDF of the scorecard for you to print, if you have entered scores, these will show, as well as the players and schedule. See image below for detail |
It will reflect what you have entered in Tournament desk. |

Steps to Download Scorecard from Public Pages
To download the scorecard on the public side, you do this by selecting the Draws Tab and then then event and stage that you wish to download and then click anywhere on the draw to open the scorecard.
