You can add, edit, or delete a contact from the Contacts module in the Serve Tennis admin area.
Adding a Contact
Step 1: From the Contacts module, click 'Contact options' and select 'Add new contact'.
Step 2: Complete contact information
Step 3: Click Submit
- you can 'edit contact' and add further details to the profile or 'View profile'.
- If you select 'Edit contact', you will be able to complete as much information as you have for the contact and also invite them to register with your venue.
Edit a Contact
Step 1: From the Contacts Module, click into the contact to be edited.
Step 2: Select 'Options' drop down on the right
Step 3: Choose 'Edit contact'
Step 4: Edit details and click Save Contact.
- If the contact is linked to a USTA account, you will not be able to edit the name or email from here. The user will have to edit this from their USTA account.
Deleting a Contact
To delete a contact from your venue, you must go through the contacts module. You won't be able to delete a contact if you go through the membership module.
Step 1: From the Contacts Module, click into the contact to be deleted.
Step 2: Select 'Options' drop down on the right
Step 3: Choose 'Edit contact'
Step 4: Click delete or achieve on the top right. Archive will allow you to bring them back to active at a later time.
*Note: A contact can only be deleted if they do not have any administrator roles or an active membership. If you would like to delete a contact with either of these, you will have to edit the contact to take away any administrator roles and/or cancel their membership.
