Creating custom contact tags allow you to group particular contacts together, such as teams. This makes identifying particular user groups easier.
First click on 'Contacts', on the left hand side of your admin area and then select 'Contact Options' and 'Contact tags'.
You can now create a custom contact tag, enter the name and 'Save Tags'.
