High Schools| Display School Name
In High School Tournaments, players school name will be displayed in place of players City and State within public Players list, Participants tab, Score box, and schedule.

In the High School Platform, under the Teams tab, a banner an information banner will display for promotion of Serve Tennis, such as Camps and Programming.
Safe Play| Email updates
Safe Play Policy and information has been added to Player Selection, Tournament Director Invitations, Sanction approval emails to inform users of the policy.

Tournament Desk| Match Status
Now turned on for all users. Tournament directors will have the option to choose 'Carry over losing participants [status] to any further matches or draws for this event', when inputting a walkover, default withdrawal, retirement.
This is applicable for Compass, FMLC, Curtis Consolation, FIC to SF, FIC to QF, Voluntary Consolation, FIC to R16, Modified feed in championship & Feed in Championship. This will be turned on for all tournaments on a future date to be announced.

Tournament Desk| Match Status
This feature is turned on for selected Tournaments only to test out the new feature. A new score format (8 game pro set with a 10 point tiebreaker at 8-8) has been added to Serve Tennis, Tournament Desk and Serve Control. This format was turned on only for High school tournaments

High Schools | State Standings Page
A new Standings tab displays team rankings based on overall win percentage across all dual matches. Each team shows rank, name, WTN, and overall/conference W-L records. Teams are ranked by win percentage with ties broken by matches played, then alphabetically. Standings update automatically when matches are completed, and users can filter by gender, level, and area/conference organization.

High Schools | Team Schedule Match Type
Match cards now display color-coded tags to distinguish match types: blue for Tournament, green for Non-conf, and grey for Conference. A new bottom bar provides contextual links based on user permissions—admins can edit/delete matches while non-admins have view-only access to scorecards and tournaments.

School search functionality has been improved to prioritize exact matches and close matches at the top of results.

The roster sync modal now informs users that syncing may take time for tournaments with many teams and displays a loading spinner during the process. Upon completion, users receive one of three toast notifications based on outcome: Success, Partial failure, Complete failure

Team Tournaments| Bypass Charges Modal
When promoting teams with no players to the Selected list or replacing with alternates that have no players, the system now bypasses the payment modal (which previously displayed a spinning loader) and directly shows a toast notification. This prevents unnecessary delays when processing teams that have no associated player charges

Tournament Desk| Status
Tournament directors now have improved participant status tracking. Moving an alternate to the main draw automatically updates their draw status to 'Selected - ALT.' The Participants page now shows 'Draw Status' (previously 'Status'), and the Event Entries page shows 'Entry Status' for clarity. The 'Selected' filter includes both 'Selected' and 'Selected - ALT' players, simplifying communication and eliminating separate emails for alternates moved into the main draw.

High Schools | High School Tournaments Page
The High School Teams page now includes a Tournaments tab. This tab displays tournament and conference league cards organized by status (Completed, In Progress, Upcoming), showing dates, name, location, and a link to view details. The Schedule tab was updated to remove these tournament/conference listings, now showing only dual match schedules. Empty states appear when no tournaments are listed.

Admins can now add teams to existing leagues after initial setup. When adding teams to an area, the system automatically assigns them to the appropriate league based on gender and level combination.

High Schools | Results Filters
A multi-level "Conference Area" filter is now available on the Results page, allowing users to view matches by entire conferences or by sub-areas (regions/districts). A Level filter was added for users to easily search for match results by Varsity or Junior Varsity teams. A new "Area" column, displaying the conference hierarchy path with a "CONF" tag, has been added to results.
High Schools | Team Schedule
The Team Schedule page now includes an "In progress" section between "Completed" and "Upcoming" with anchor navigation buttons.
High Schools | Team Results Report
High School State administrators to download a CSV file of Team results from Serve Control. This report will allow admins to analyze team performance and assist with team rankings.

State Staff are able to access and export player roster data from Serve Control. The export includes Player Name, Age, Gender, Date Added to Roster, Area, League, USTA Section Where School Is Located, Total Player Dual Match Wins, Total Player Dual Match Losses, and Total Dual Matches Played.

High School State administrators can access a report that tracks match scoring methods (automatic versus manual), which allows administrators to identify and investigate any discrepancies related to missing match scores.

In order to display school affiliation below each player's name in the public view tournament draw, Tournament Directors have the option to add School as an additional display option in the Public Draw settings.

Admins have control over displaying school names in Tournament Desk. A toggle in Serve Control Level Config enables or disables the school name display. Enabling shows school columns and settings, while disabling hides them.

Tournaments | Wheelchair
Wheelchair player are allowed to register up a division. For example, a Coed B player will be able to participate in Coed A tournaments.

Tournament Directors are able to override ball color to enter players in wheelchair events. PlayTracker rules for wheelchair tournaments have been removed, allowing players 11 and under to register.

Section and District staff will now be able to filter by tournament name, tournament ID and venue name to locate tournaments in Serve Control.

The School Search functionality on the High School State Landing page will be enhanced by implementing Atlas Search. This enhancement will also be applied to the Dual Match search on the Schedule page. As a user types one or more characters into the search field, the top 20 matching schools will be displayed.

Round Robin Redesign
Round robin draws have been optimized both for mobile and desktop on the public website. The design has been switched from a grid view to a group listing view. Customers can choose to switch between a standings view and a round view. The Standings view will show:

Referee Invitations Enhancements
Many enhancements were made to the referee assignment process. Improvements include:
- Referees will now be able to decline invitations directly from a new referee invitation management page. Previously they had to decline invitations by contacting the tournament director offline. This feature also includes the deployment of multiple notification emails:

- TD removed Referee Notification to Referee
- Once a Referee accepts the assignment their name and email address will be displayed on the tournament homepage. Referees will also be able to control which email address they want to show on the tournament homepages. This can be different from their USTA login email address.

Order of Play Enhancements
The order of play component has been enhanced to allow tournament directors and referees to share a link to any tab on public site order of play including matches in progress, completed matches and not started matches. This is a great feature to share results with media. Regardless if a TD publishes the order of play component the completed matches tab with results will be displayed on the tournament homepage.
